How to brush your teeth with Zymbion

Brush your teeth twice daily. Brush along the gums on both the front and back of the teeth. Make sure the Q10 toothpaste is properly masssaged into the gums. Avoid rinsing your mouth afterwards in order to keep the Q10 inside the gingival pockets. Zymbion does not produce a lot of lather so it is not necessary to rinse after brushing.
