Professor John Nolan from Waterford Institute of Technology works with supplements in his field of science and he and his colleagues have tested a wide selection of products to see if they met their label claims. To their surprise, they discovered that 65% of the supplements did not meet the standards and did not contain the amount of active ingredients listed on their labels.
