How do we promote a balanced immune response? One that is truly effective at fighting infectious diseases, while also intelligent enough to know when to stand down, protecting us from unnecessary inflammation.
In this full day seminar, we’ll dive into the workings of human immunity, and we’ll explore some important interventions for optimising its function. We’ll discuss common immune-related conditions, such as colds and flu, allergies, intolerances and other mast cell issues; and also autoimmune diseases.
Using a combination of diet, lifestyle and nutraceutical interventions, we’ll review some of the most effective, evidence-based ways to support a balanced response to the challenges of both external and internal physical threats.
