Healthy ageing through nutrition and lifestyle
We’re all aware that lifestyle choices make a real difference to the way we age. Two people of exactly the same chronological age can have very different biological ages, with one experiencing far better organ function, and quality of life, than the other.
There are now a great many ways that a person’s biological age can be both measured and managed, enabling many people to maintain and even improve their health as they age.
This full-day seminar provides an overview of current ideas about healthy ageing that are gaining scientific interest. We’ll be covering diet, lifestyle and nutritional supplements to consider for patients/clients who are interested in improving their healthspan as they age.
